This really helps me stay asleep for a good 7-8 hours at night!
I use Melatonin a lot, and I tried different variations and dosages .. this one is by far my favorite so far. It practically knocks me out, helps fall asleep, and stay asleep, and even if i woke up for a toilet run or something, it helps me go back to sleep quickly, something I always struggled with, even with other Melatonin supplements.
One thing though, at 10mg, the dosage is really potent, so do not take it late into the night if you have plans early the following morning, because getting up from bed early in the morning will be a struggle, but then again, that's the plan right ?
I have tried the time release and the rapid release versions before, and I think I prefer the rapid release, because the time release version makes me groggy in the morning still. But it works wonders. I'm very resistant to sleep, and this actually makes me sleepy.
